This bulletin is to inform owners of Demers Ambulances that they have seen numerous issues with the cabinet windows since COVID-19. Many customers are disinfecting their units with non-compatible cleaning agents that may affect the integrity of the Lexan product used for the cabinet windows.
Spider webbing in the window is a sign that the non-compatible cleaning agent has been used to clean the windows of the medical cabinetry.
