Blunt fill needles are used to access IV bags, draw-up and reconstitute medicine. The Standard Luer Hub fits all standard luer lock syringes. The 45 degree bevel need helps to reduce needle-stick injuries. A 5 micron filter effectively filters contaminant particles for safe ampule medication preparation.
