Ava Joseph joined the Penn Care team in the Summer of 2026 as Accounts Payable clerk within our Accounting Department. With more than 30 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Account Clerk, Ava brings extensive knowledge and a strong work ethic to our team. Her years of experience and dedication to excellence make her a valuable member of the Penn Care team.
Outside of work, Ava enjoys traveling, cruising, and is a self-proclaimed connoisseur of fine wines. She resides in Howland, Ohio, with her husband of 13 years and is the proud mom of her beloved fur baby, Brutus. Family is one of Ava’s greatest joys—she is also a devoted stepmother to three grown children and a loving grandmother to four grandchildren, with another grandbaby on the way.
Ava’s strong work ethic and years of experience have made her a wonderful addition. Her dedication, dependability, and caring nature are evident in everything she does, and we are proud to have her as part of the Penn Care team.
