Michael Kidwell is our Ambulance Sales Representative for Southern Indiana & Western Kentucky representing Braun Ambulances, Medix Specialty Vehicles, Crestline & Fastlane Emergency Vehicles. Michael joined the Penn Care team in December of 2020. Michael graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business Management and began his public safety career supporting first responders in 1999. Prior to joining Penn Care, he worked for two other safety companies whose main emphasis was personal protection equipment (PPE), ambulance sales, and fire apparatus. From 2005 through 2011, Michael managed a Rapid Response Division dedicated to providing SCBA, thermal imaging cameras, protective clothing, instrumentation, and PPE in the State of Kentucky and portions of Indiana and Ohio.
Michael’s focus is to make sure his customers are able to do their job in the safest way possible. He is committed to this process by providing customer support by researching, problem-solving and ambulance demonstrations all while being timely in his communications. His favorite thing about working for Penn Care is that he gets to provide medical professionals with state-of-the-art tools to help them better save lives. Being able to support true heroes, while keeping them and their patients safer, is very rewarding.
