See you next week at the emsCharts User Conference! see you next week at the emscharts user conference0The emsCharts User Conference 2011 will be held Tuesday, May 17th and Wednesday, May 18th and we’re getting pumped for our time there! The topic we’re most anticipating is the unveiling of the long-awaited emsCharts Mobile 3.0. There will be dedicated sessions on emsCharts Mobile 3.0 demonstrating new features and functionality. Some of these include: totally refreshed screens, hot buttons, custom signature pages, page by page validations, an anatomical exam, protocols and charting by protocol, and an activity log. Configuration will be covered as well as recommended preparations for the upgrade. To learn more about emsCharts Mobile 3.0, check out the emsCharts site here.

The emsCharts User Conference is a 2-day event this year. It will be held at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, PA. There will be several tracks for attendees to chose from. Track 1 will covered new ground in Administrative Training topics. Track 2 will go into some detail on features of emsCharts that are commonly underused. Lastly, Track 3 – titled IT for EMS – will be specifically for those semi-techy administrators who know “enough to be dangerous” but would like some additional knowledge about Information Technology. Although there are 3 separate tracks, attendees will be able to attend any session, in any category, either day.

New this year, the emsCharts User Conference will also feature networking sessions and user group meetings. This will allow attendees to mix and mingle and share their knowledge in an informal setting. Sponsors participating in the exhibit area will also be on hand to speak with attendees about products and services specific to the EMS industry. Every year this proves to be an invaluable educational opportunity and the 2011 emsCharts User Conference is shaping up to be the best yet!
