Jeannette Chicoine has been with Penn Care for over 25 years making her a devoted employee. She originally met our Vice President, Don Bloom, while she was a Dispatcher at Lane LifeTrans in Austintown, Ohio. In 1995, Don hired Jeannette to work in the warehouse where she executed receiving, packaging and purchasing for our EMS Supplies. Over the years her position has evolved. Currently, she is the Office Manager where she oversees the administrative staff and the daily operations of the office. Jeannette has been recognized for her accomplishments and given many “Employee of the Year” awards.
Jeannette truly has had dedication to the Penn Care operations. She even met her husband Dave while working at Penn Care. Dave was a vendor for Penn Care who sold disaster relief equipment. In April of 2013, they were married in a Disaster Portable Morgue Unit (DPMU) in Oregon by a Chief Deputy Medical Examiner. She has one grown child, Robbie. They reside in Mineral Ridge, Ohio.
In Jeannette’s free time she enjoys reading, biking, antiquing, playing with her two dogs, spending time in her kitchen where she enjoys cooking and having a house full of guests. She loves vacationing and traveling the world. She is also an advocate and volunteer for Soldier Angels who support military personal and their families by providing aid and comfort. She also is an avid recycler who restores and reuses everything she can get her hands on. Jeannette has a big heart and adores helping anyone out in his or her time of need.
